Poti sa verifici reteta de <a href=\"https:\/\/missyb.ro\/ro\/crumble-cu-rubarba-si-creme-anglaise\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">crumble cu rubarba<\/a>.<\/p><p>Aceasta varianta este destul de asemanatoare cu prima, insa diferenta mare este ca aici nu am mai folosit zahar si am schimbat tipul de faina folosit. Am incercat sa creez o reteta de crumble cat mai putin calorica si, in plus, este si vegana. \ud83d\ude0a Gustul ramane la fel de bun.<\/p><p>Inghetata am cumparat-o, am gasit o varianta vegana si fara zahar. Daca nu iti place cu inghetata, poti face un <a href=\"https:\/\/missyb.ro\/ro\/crumble-cu-rubarba-si-creme-anglaise\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">sos anglaise<\/a>. Ia o tava de yena sau de ceramica si unge-o cu putin unt de cocos.<\/p><p>Intr-un bol pune prunele taiate in jumatati si adauga peste green sugarul (cele 2 linguri), zeama de lime, scortisoara si nucsoara. In alt bol pune faina de secara, fulgii de ovaz, green sugarul (cele 40g) si untul de cocos. Amesteca totul cu varful degetelor pana se transforma intr-un fel de nisip umed. Daca mai e nevoie poti sa mai adaugi putin unt de cocos.
