Nu neaparata pentru gustul lui, ci mai mult pentru aspectul lui. Mi se pare ca este un desert delicat pe care vrei sa il mananci din priviri. \ud83d\ude0a<\/p><p>L-am testat in mai multe locuri si nu pot sa spun ca am fost impresionata de gust, era un pic prea dulce pentru ceea ce imi place mie.<\/p><p>Este oarecum normal sa fie un desert mai dulce pentru ca blatul este facut in principal din albus de ou cu zahar (destul de mult). Secretul unui dulce balansat sta mai mult in crema sau combinatiile de creme pe care le pui in acest tort. Ia tava cea mare a cuptorului si tapeteaz-o cu hartie de copt.<\/li><li>Pune intr-un bol albusurile cu praful de sare si mixeaza-le pana devin o spuma tare.<\/li><li>Adauga si zaharul si continua sa mixezi pana se topeste complet zaharul si spuma devine lucioasa. Poti sa faci si un test: ia intre degete putina spuma si daca nu mai simti granulele de zahar, poti declara misiunea indeplinita \ud83d\ude0a.<\/li><li>Adauga otetul si vanilia si mai mixeaza putin.<\/li><li>Mai ramane sa adaugi si amidonul de porumb. Mixeaza 3-5 secunde, doar pana este totul omogen.<\/li><li>Pune bezeaua in tava sub forma a 2 cercuri. Baga tava la cuptor pentru aproximativ 2h.<\/li><li>Bezeaua este gata atunci cand exteriorul este tare, crocant. Adauga amidonul, zaharul, semintele de la pastaia de vanilie si cardamomul. Amesteca-le bine cu ajutorul unui tel<\/li><li>Intr-o cratita pune la incalzit laptele cu pastaia de vanilie. Este suficient sa fie doar usor caldut, adica il lasi pe foc pana incepe sa faca bulbuci pe margine. \ud83d\ude0a<\/li><li>Pune laptele peste amestecul de galbenusuri, amesteca pana este totul omogen si pune toata compozitia inapoi in cratita.<\/li><li>Pune iar cratita pe foc mic si continua sa mixezi. In cateva minute crema va incepe sa se ingroase. Acum este gata.<\/li><li>Adauga untul si amesteca pana este topit complet.<\/li><li>Transfera crema intr-un bol si acoper-o cu o folie alimentara.<\/li><li>Mixeaza smantana pentru frisca pana devine pufoasa. Dupa ce crema de vanilie s-a racit complet mixeaz-o 1 minut si apoi adauga frisca. Peste el pune crema de vanilie si apoi jeleul de zmeura.<\/li><li>Peste pune al doilea blat de bezea. Deasupra adauga frostingul.<\/li><li>Pentru a pune cremele si jeleul poti sa folosesti o lingura. Oricum ideea este ca aspectul final sa fie usor messy.<\/li><li>Presara peste frosting fisticul. Adauga si zmeura.<\/li><\/ol><p>Te poti declara campioana\/campionul suprem!
