Din 2 motive: 1. Pentru ca nu pot sa traiesc fara mic dejun\u2026nu stiu altii cum sunt, dar eu nu pot sa-mi incep ziua fara sa mananc ceva bun si pe cat posibil sanatos. 2. Nu sunt atat de priceputa pe partea de bucatarie si mancaruri mai complicate. Cred ca fiecare din noi suntem buni la ceva, in cazul meu la prajiturici si mancarici simple si rapide. Plus, e bine sa ii lasam pe cei care se pricep sa isi scoata talentele in scena si apoi sa ne bucuram papilele gustative.<\/p><p>Asa ca declar deshisa aceasta categorie cu reteta mea de Shakshuka. De ce zic \u2018a mea\u2019? Pentru ca nu este cea originala, eu ii mai adaug una alta, in functie de pofte.<\/p><p>Este o mancarica usor de facut, rapida si destul de versatila. Si voi puteti sa o adaptati si sa ii mai adaugati sau schimbati din ingrediente.<\/p><p>Incingeti tigaile, cuptoarele si sa incepem!<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Ingrediente<\/strong> (pentru 2 persoane)<\/p><ul><li>2 linguri ulei<\/li><li>o cutie de rosii taiate cubulete<\/li><li>2-3 linguri pasta de rosii<\/li><li>\u00bd cutie de naut<\/li><li>un ardei gras taiat cubulete<\/li><li>cimbru<\/li><li>busuioc<\/li><li>sare\/piper<\/li><li>fulgi de chili (optional)<\/li><li>4 oua<\/li><li>patrunjel proaspat<\/li><li>ceapa verde<\/li><li>bucatele de branza de oaie sau capra (sau orice branzica mai tare)<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Se ia una bucata tigaie, preferabil buna si pentru cuptor (adica sa aiba un maner metallic) si se pune uleiul la incins. Apoi se adauga boabele de naut si ardeiul si se calesc un pic. Urmeaza sa punem rosiile, pasta de rosii si condimentele. Amestecati bine si lasati sa se gateasca la foc mic pana sosul devine mai dens. Intre timp dati drumul la cuptor la 200 grade.<\/p><p>Cand sosul este gata, cu ajutorul unei linguri faceti 4 cuibulete si puneti cate un ou in fiecare. Asta e momentul cand bagati tigaia la cuptor pentru aprox. 15 min sau pana va place cum arata ouale (sa fie gatite).
